No. We do not store any payment information on our servers.  All payment information, including credit card details, is handled through Stripe.

The price of your winning bid is automatically paid from the payment card associated with your account. Users must provide payment information before placing their first bid. At the conclusion of the auction, the payment is automatically charged to the winner, or they can pay via the "Pay" button in their personal zone.

Once the auction is complete and the payment is successful, you will receive a payment confirmation via email. You may request an invoice from the seller if needed.

SPORTSBID allows users to have winning items delivered anywhere in the world, which sometimes means shipping goods across continents. Depending on where you, as the buyer, live, your local customs authority may charge you additional taxes or customs duties upon receipt of the item. There is nothing we can do about import duties and taxes. Before participating in an auction, you can check the amount of import duty using publicly available calculators, such as SimplyDuty.

Found an item you simply must have? Great! Just click on it and enter the amount of your bid. You must be logged in to your account. You can also use the "Quick Bid" option to place the minimum bid increment. Note: All bids are final, irrevocable, and binding. Before placing your first bid, you will be asked to enter your payment card details, from which, if you win the auction, the winning amount will be automatically charged once the auction ends. You do not pay any other fees.

It depends, specific items vary. Information about the item, such as autographs, limited editions, etc., can be found in the description of the given item. In most cases, the items on our portal have a signature and a certificate of authenticity (COA). The COA acts as your proof that the signature on the item you have is authentic. While SPORTSBID works with reputable clubs and charities to ensure they are offering quality items, further questions of validation are best directed to the auction owner.

It depends on the particular auction. Check the auction details to see if transportation costs are included or excluded. If excluded, the seller ships the item under FOB Origin (FOB Shipping Point).

Our items are typically shipped in solid boxes and are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. If the item's owner is a private individual, the packaging method depends on their preference. For shipping, we use international shipping companies.

Items will be shipped to the address in your account. Make sure it is set correctly, both before and after the auction. You can change it at any time.

Once the auction has ended and your payment is made, the auction organizer is required to ship the item to your delivery address, as entered in your account, within 5 days. Shipping time depends on the distance between your place of residence and the organization that held the auction. Be sure to keep an eye on your email for confirmation messages or details about the delivery process.

We encourage auction organizers to include as much information as possible in the auction description about the charitable organizations or project the auction supports. You can easily view this in the details of each auction.

This is up to the auction organizers. Some of the items are listed by collectors. Some are listed by the athletes themselves. SPORTSBID does not pay athletes or celebrities for any signatures or products.

No. We're an online platform that offers unique items of limited availability, often one-of-a-kind originals found nowhere else in the world. We enable the creation of auctions and participation in auctions. However, some products are also available in limited quantities via the BUY NOW option.

Users who want to sell their items are required to accept the proposal from SPORTSBID sales representative and have it signed by an authorized person in their company.  Then please register and verify your account on our website. Within 3 days, our technical team will grant you admin privileges.

As the seller, You will be granted admin access to publish your items. When publishing, please  provide a detailed description of the item with pictures. You will want to specify the condition of the item and any unique characteristics that would make the item more valued to the bidding audience. Additionally, you will want to list details about the club or charity the proceeds of the item will benefit.

As the seller, it is up to you to determine the starting bid. The bid should both be high enough so you retain the value of the product, but low enough to attract more bidders.  You can choose to include or exclude the shipping costs in the initial price while creating the auction in the administration interface.

We provide clear records for every online auction hosted on SPORTSBID. This provides greater accountability and trust while reducing the chance of fraud or collusion. 

The item owner pays SPORTSBID a fee only after the auction has ended, according to the chosen pricing plan. SPORTSBID provides an invoice containing all fees for accounting purposes. SPORTSBID pays the seller the final auction price, minus the agreed fee and the Stripe payment processing fee (2-4%), within 15 business days of the auction winner paying for the auctioned item. The money is transferred to the bank account or payment card of the item owner.
